  • White(non-mercury) fillings- White composite, porcelain and cat glass inlays and onlays are used to replace silver mercury fillings and decaying areas of the teeth. These fillings restore and strengthen the teeth.
  • Crowns- Teeth that had root canal treatment or extensive restoration can be repaired and strengthened with a crown that fits over the tooth. A crown will restore a tooth to its normal shape, color, and function. Crowns can also restore broken, cracked, poorly shaped, and severely discolored teeth to provide a more natural appearance.
  • Bridges- Missing teeth can be replaced by supporting a false tooth attached to one or more crowns. Bridges are fixed permanently in place with special cement.
  • Veneers- If pretty good isn’t good enough, veneers can cover many cosmetic problems from a simple chip to misshapen teeth. It’s the subtle changes that can make a big difference in your smile. Schedule a free consultation to learn more.
  • Dental implants- The next best thing to your natural teeth are dental implants. Implants are permanently anchored to your jaw allowing you to maintain a full and active lifestyle. Dental implants can replace ill-fitting dentures and/ or missing teeth, Schedule for a free consultation to learn more. The success rate for implants is impressive with a 98% for lower implants and 95% for upper implants!
  • Dentures- The technology of dentures has come a long way in recent years. You can now replace worn dentures with the latest styles and you will look and feel years younger. Schedule a free consultation to learn more.
  • Non-Surgical Gum Treatment- Periodontal disease is a chronic bacterial infection that affect the gums and the bone supporting the teeth. There are many forms of periodontal disease. If left untreated, this disease can lead to tooth loss. In severe cases, this disease can exacerbate other organ system problems such as heart disease. In most cases, periodontal disease is reversible with professional treatment and good oral care at home.
  • Surgical Gum Treatment- In some cases, perio disease has advanced to the point where non surgical gum treatment is sufficient enough to eradicate the problem, and therefore surgical gum treatments may be necessary.
  • Root Canals- A root canal is a procedure that may save an infected or damaged tooth. This procedure relieves the symptoms of a toothache, visible trauma, swelling, and temperature sensitivity.
  • Tooth Removal- As a last resort, sometimes a tooth may be so badly broken down that it is not restorable and/or a severe infection may be present in conjunction with a tooth. Under these conditions, it may be recommended to have the tooth removed. In this circumstance, a treatment plan to replace the tooth will be offered and discussed. Wisdom teeth, or third molars, are the last teeth to develop and appear in your mouth. They usually appear during the late teens and are usually positioned behind the upper and lower second or twelve-year molars. A person’s jaw is often not large enough to accommodate wisdom teeth, and as a result can create complications if they are not removed. A result can be pain or infection crowding of teeth or damage to the surrounding teeth. The removal of wisdom teeth is a common procedure with minimal side effects. Although rare, Dr. Garino will provide a comprehensive explanation of any risks and complications associated with the procedure; the most coming are infection, dry socket, numbness and sinus complications.
